EARLY SYMPTOMS IS IT POSSIBLE??

I'm 3dpo and 11 days from next period.. I woke up today with really sore tingling nipples and they burn when I touch them.. i tried to eat ceral which I normally can and threw up at the first bite.. can you get pregnancy symptoms from 3dpo? Is it even possible? Thinking I'm just overthinking but the pain in the nipples is not going and the sickness is still here :( here's my baby dancing days to help..

I am having very sore, tingling  nipples too and one week from AF. It’s normal for me to have tender breast before,  but this feels very different and much more painful.

You could have been pregnant last month but your hormones were not strong enough yet to prevent your period. I say anything is possible. I felt like I had symptoms last month during my chemical pregnancy.
