CD25 Spotting, Neg OPK, PCOS

Hi, I'm on CD25. All OPKs have been negative so far, but seem to now be getting even fainter. Periods are massively irregular but have seen some regularity over the last 3 month's with cycles around 40-50 days... Should I keep checking OPKs or just give up? My efforts are wearing thin after 2 years of unsuccessful TTC. PCOS is horrid, I wouldn't wish it on anyone! Any words of advice? Thanks!
