Advice on bleeding

I had my last period 5th-8th July, it is now 14th July and I woke up this morning with bleeding. It doesn’t really look the same as menstrual bleeding, I’ve had a few clots in it but nothing huge, bleeding is a bit of a brighter red than normal. I am on the contraceptive pill. I was just wandering if anyone could give me some advice on what this possibly could be.
