Omg how tf

My doctor isn’t giving good direction!! I need to switch doctors! She gave me valtrex and right now I have a cold sore that STILL spread when I took the valtrex and I also put on abreva.. the bottle says “take one tablet by mouth, this is for onset of outbreak” I’m reading that your suppose to take two grams 12 hours apart.. I’m getting annoyed 😫 she’s not giving good direction
