Anything beyond medium rare belongs in the trash for me...or to one of you heathen well-done people (food waste is bad after all). Depending on the cut, I like some cuts medium rare others rare.

I like medium well the best, but I can eat medium too. Just not a huge fan of bloody steak 😖
