Im so happy I just started my cycle only 29 days apart from my previous one! Before, my body was on 35-45 day cycles after getting off the pill.
It took my body 7 months to regulate itself after being on birth control for 5 years. We will see if next cycle is also 28-29 days apart. I'm not sure if it was just time off the pill, or if it was the fertility cleanse I did, (NaturalFertilityShop.com) but either way I've never been so happy to get my period!
