Thought I had pcos

So iv had long cycles like 85 days long and when they would finally come it was like hell. Cramps felt like I was going to die pretty much and acne (not a lot but more then normal) and random cramps all the time. But I found out today that I don’t have pcos. So maybe for the people on here you should get your doctors to do a ultrasound. All my past drs would just tell me that’s what I had without actually checking they said I only needed two of the Symptoms of it.
