Is anyone else experiencing extreme hair loss?

I don’t know what it is, but a week ago I feel like all my hair started falling out. I’m not balding or anything but every time I run my hands through my hair or especially when I shower I have tons of hair coming out. I’m 3 months postpartum and it’s annoying because there’s hair EVERYWHERE. whyyyyyyyyyyyy

That’s the normal timeframe to start losing your hair after you’ve been pregnant. Your hair doesn’t fall out as easily when you’re pregnant and then it kind of all comes out at once about 3 months postpartum. You’re only losing what you would have lost naturally over the course of 9 months.

Same. My hair is literally everywhere. Shocked I’m not bald at this point haha. As previous posters said, it’s normal...unfortunate but normal haha

Yes! It’s so bad this time! I lost quite a bit with my other 2 but I feel like all my hair is falling out this time. It’s awful and it’s annoying! I always pulling hair out of my baby’s hands and face, constantly feel like a bug is crawling on me because it falls out everywhere.

The fact that it’s everywhere is annoying af but my hair is so sooo thick, so the thought of less hair is enjoyable. 😂

It is normal.  My OB said to continue my prenatal and it should help a little.  I’m noticing significantly less hair loss with my second over my first but I hear it gets worse at 4 months 😫
