My own pleasure makes me feel gross😢

I like sex. I like masturbation. My own pleasure during sex is fine. But as soon as I touch myself when I'm alone, I feel gross and disgusting. It makes me feel like a bad person. ESPECIALLY when I incorporate porn. I just feel dirty - and not in a good way. I feel like I shouldn't need or want to touch myself. It's frustrating. Anyone else feel this way?
