Implantation bleeding?

I’ve been on the IUD since mid February. I never get my period anymore and whenever I get cramps, I get brown discharge a few days later. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Recently i’ve been sexually active and have been having unprotected sex. He pulls out and never nuts in me. I know precum can also can get you pregnant but I also smoke black and milds and that lowers the chance of pregnancy, plus I have the IUD so I didn’t think anything of it.

The past two days i’ve been having cramps and pink discharge (pic below)

I went to the bathroom today and its still there and i’m honestly getting scared.

Can anyone help?

I should also note that my doctor found protein in my urine two weeks ago.
