I don’t have money for a gym membership. But I am looking to get fit. I have a bike and three dogs so I want to start walking/riding my bike 3-5 miles a day. Do any of you ladies have a workout plan to get toned & gain lean muscle (looking for a bigger booty). I absolutely hate squat jumps so nothing of that.
But I need an at home workout plan that I can stick to. Any one have any?
