cm and bbt

I'm only 6 dpo. I have been cramping everyday since 1 dpo. my cm was was watery at 1 dpo and now it's thing watery and white and a little sticky. yesterday my bbt was 98.78 and today it's 98.06. Can anyone tell me what's going on or if the have experienced this and ended up pregnant.
