Popped cherry or implantation bleeding?

I got my cherry popped on a Thursday night and that night I went to the restroom to go pee and I wiped myself and very very little blood calf out the next day I didn’t bleed but that night I heard like a gurgling down there and even felt it too. Saturday and Sunday I did bleed,so for 2 days I did, and it was a reddish color? I’ve been experiencing upper back pain and my boobs will hurt very little from here and there.
