Vitex?!
Has anyone taken Vitex to help regulate their cycle? I have always had a 32-+ cycle. My husband and I have been ttc for over a year and nothing! My cycles have been extremely off since February, which hasn’t made it any easier! My dr proscribed provera my last two cycles, but was wondering if Vitex works. I have been reading great things about it! Any suggestions?
