Let me start off by saying I’m a very shy person. I couldn’t even hug a guy, so I would never imagine myself kissing one. But two days before I turned 17, my crush (he was 20) and I went to go see fireworks since it was the 4th of July. The place was crowded so we decided to go find an empty parking lot and just listen to music and try to see some fireworks being shot off nearby. He kept leaning over towards me but I kept leaning the opposite way because I felt so awkward, I felt like I couldn’t kiss him even though I wanted to. But he gave up since he thought I didn’t want to kiss him. Then he said something like “You’re so far away” so I leaned on the console and got right up in his face without thinking and said “Is this too close?” And I kissed him. After that, I put my head down because I was blushing so much, but it was great. I never thought I would kiss a guy, but boy was I wrong 😂😂 And then we went to get milkshakes because I mentioned it days before that! And two days later, which was on my birthday, we went to the drive in movie theater and he asked me out. A year later, we’re still together and doing perfect! ❤️

I don’t remember how old I was, but he kissed me and just stood there. Didn’t kiss back or anything. Because he was more experienced obvi and I didn’t want him to know it was my first time so I played it off as I didn’t wanna kiss him. Then later on we kissed again and it was fine 🤷‍♀️
