Estrogen
I went to my acupuncture appointment today and was told that my estrogen level is high. I'm 46 years old and my fiancé and I are ttc. I'm sure this is affecting that. I know I need to lose weight which might help with lowering it. My dilemma now is do I do this with natural Herbal treatment or do I go to my gynecologist for treatment. We really want a baby and I am trying to make the right decision. But I'm 46 and running out of time 😞😢
