Ovulation mood swings
Does anyone else have pms like symptoms during ovulation? I’m a hot mess today and I’ve realized the correlation with ovulation and my mood. (Anxiety, short fused, moody and tired)
I cannot take hormonal birth control. Does anyone have any advice to combat this? It sucks and I feel bad for my hubby and kids. I’m being so mean
