menstrual cups
hey guys, I plan on switching to menstrual cups instead of pads. I've did some research already and I'm mostly likely going to buy a lena cup. I don't have any problems with my period, they are usually a normal flow with some spotting/light flow to the end.
can you tell me your experience with a menstrual cup or your thoughts on them?
