where to use Doppler.

I just got my Doppler in the mail today but having trouble locating the hb. I'm 13 weeks today. I know its hard to locate it so early but any tips will help. thanks.

Very low down by your pubic area

My midwife says to have an empty bladder when you're early because your bladder will press your uterus back down and then you cant hear it. try angling the probe under your pubic bone

I don’t have a Doppler, but I know the first time the doctor took a little while to find the heartbeat. The baby was very low, like below underwear line. They’re moving a lot too so I’m sure it’s difficult to find. Good luck :)
