Has anyone had an ectopic resolve itself? I was 5w1d on Friday and went to the ER in the early morning due to severe right sided pain in my pelvic area. It woke me from sleep. I wasn’t bleeding and felt constipated before i went to bed Thursday night. I waited 3 hrs in the waiting room of the ER and my pain subsided. I was getting ready to leave when they called me back and i was finally able to see a doctor. My blood hcg was only 173. An US showed no IUP, but a sac like structure and fluid around my right ovary. They said it’s likely ectopic, but no need for immediate intervention because my hcg was low and my pain went away. I will be following up with my doc on Monday, but I’m terrified I’ll need methotrexate or surgery to remove it since I’m not bleeding. My hpts are still super positive. I’m so confused and emotionally drained. Anyone with a similar situation ???
