I need advice

So my bday is coming up and my friends were coming down and I was going to get them a bnb to stay at since my house is full rn & I also have to get a rental but my bf said he got me I don’t have to pay for the rental he’ll pay in full and he’ll pay for my meal when we go out to dinner and I said Ok cool . So today I told him we need to get the rental soon its $243 and he said oh no I’m gonna be wasting money I’m missing out on money blah blah so I put less days and it went down to $140 and he said that’s still too much he can’t so I got upset I’m like .. wth I already thought I didn’t have to worry about it but I didn’t show him I was upset even though I was and he said he still has to get him a shirt the shirt cost $180 & I’m like I told you to order your shirt 3 weeks ago . I’ve been planning this since the beginning of June. He told me he really wants me to get the bnb so we can be closer to the activities so he doesn’t have to waste the miles on the rental and I’m like so You want me to get the bnb & the rental ? Wth ur not gonna help me with nothing . The Bnb is 2 something near the beach and he wants me to pay full price for a rental he’ll be flexing with on social media 🙄my problem was don’t tell me you got me and you don’t really got me. He’s worried about his friend who got arrested last night cause he had a gun on him talking about it’s so sad cause the friend was crying to him about changing his life around then 10 mins later the friend walks in his house so he’s out rn on bond or something like that. so that’s over with for now . But he keeps switching up on me so I told him I’ll just have a back up plan wit my family or something and he said Oh Okay and sounded like it was a relief . I told him about this a long time ago and he didn’t take it serious . He didn’t even say you know what I’ll just take u out instead we can still have fun when I got frustrated and turned all my plans down. But his bday is all the way in Dec and he said are u gonna throw me a party you gonna do this and that but when I worry about my mine I think the world revolves around me 🙄🙄🤦‍♀️I told him just stay home I’ll figure it out myself . He even changed his mind and said him paying for my food is too much too like wtf . Don’t say u got me if u don’t . He could’ve easily took me on a picnic and bought snacks a box of pizza on the beach that’d be a great date no money involved he doesn’t come up with anything to show he cares wow . But he always said he took his ex out and bought her stuff . How would u guys feel?
