Is this normal strong for 10dpo? I’m worried for twins because I was on clomid !!!

I took this at 10dpo and to me this is very strong ! I’m still 6 days before period and I never had them this strong before like this and this cycle I was on clomid again. I went Monday last week and my progesterone was really high they also said I could of released two eggs with it being a 29. Anyone have this experience ?  This is going to be my last baby and I have one turning 2 and one turning 8. I really wanted one more not two more lol but I’m okay with two healthy babies !!

Not necessarily twins. You could have just had earlier implantation. Prayers for a healthy pregnancy either way!!
