Do you think it’s disrespectful for a woman who aborted her baby, to post that she had a miscarriage?

Okay so this girl on my FB, was posting about being pregnant for the last two months. Two days ago she told everyone she misscarried, and her cousin and aunt (yikes I know) started going OFF on her! About how she had an abortion and she’s such a disgrace for lying and saying it was a miscarriage, since their are so many women who actually can’t have their babies& she chose to get rid of hers. I’m not sure what I think about it. What do y’all think?

This question is confusing. I answered thinking that she had an abortion in the past, and then miscarried with a later pregnancy. 
She's a piece of trash if she's is pretending to have miscarried when she really aborted her baby.

Her circumstances are different than others, it isn’t her fault other women struggle to conceive a baby. She might have been raped or she might have other things health wise (mental or physical) that might not be the best for her to have a baby. 
What her aunt and cousin said and did on her profile is disgusting and immature.

i think its wrong for people to treat her like that. it doesnt matter how many women struggle with pregnancy. everyone's circumstances are different. i think the family's behavior is more disgusting. she probably publicly said it was a miscarriage because of peoples feelings about abortion. there are so many reasons why she couldve had. maybe she doesnt have the best health and a doctor said that carrying the baby wouldve put her life at risk. its easy to make snap judgments at people just because of your own unhappiness or others unhappiness.

Personally, I think it's disrespectful to lie about it and an insult to people who have lost babies.
Having a miscarriage was one of the hardest things I have ever been through, and it should never be talked about lightly. 
Obviously, I have never seen it from her perspective and there may have been reasons why she needed to end the pregnancy but I don't agree with it personally.

What is community for if not to show some form of support/care/condolences? Social media isn’t the entire world. It’s who that person chooses to let In. 
Choosing to make a post that has anything to do with the persons body shouldn’t be shunned and isolation.

I can understand it. We don't know if there was a medical reason behind it, or the reason at all. It's easier to say miscarriage then abortion because of it being such a taboo subject. I am sure it was a hard decision for her either way.

My former SIL did this to my BIL. He didn't want anymore kids but was devastated finding out she "miscarried" when she in fact aborted.😡
