I am still struggling

So finally reached 12 week mark. But I’m still having the worst time with food. I don’t want anything! Everything smells and taste disgusting. Yet I’m starving! I try to eat as much as I can but it’s so hard and even more difficult to swallow food. Is any one having such a hard time as I am?
