The guy I have been talking to is super sweet and nice and recently he called me his drug and he has said it again. Tbh I dont really know what he means and was wondering what you thought

Like you’re the one he goes to when he feels down, or needs an escape, and wants to feel better. He wasn’t trying to say anything mean or negative, it is an odd metaphor but it could work.
