Femara side effects????

So I am starting my first cycle of femara tomorrow at 2.5mg. Has anyone had any side effects???? I was on clomid for 4 cycles and worked my way up to 150mg with no side effects but that was not raising my progesterone.... praying femara works for me!!!! 🙏🤞👶

Thank you ladies for the feed back! So far so good. I have a very slight headache but I don’t know if that’s from femara or my job! Haha hope things don’t get too bad! 🤞🤞I don’t think clomid was working so I don’t want to go back to that!

I had slight headaches on most days but a terrible migraine on day 4. Also night sweats and weird sleeping patterns (tired or wide awake). It worked though- I have 3 follicles and due to ovulate today. 🤞🏼

I felt tired and got headaches. My husband would probably say I was a little more emotional too, but I didn’t notice that part.
I did get pregnant on my third Femara cycle at 7.5mg but it ended in a blighted ovum. I’ll be back on it when I have a cycle again.

On my second Femara cycle. No side effects other than feeling a little tired. I actually thought it may not be working because I had no side effects but last month I had 3 eggs! Best of luck  to you

I started it this cycle 2.5 mg days 2-6 and while taking it I only had headaches and hot flashes like when on Clomid but then a day or two after I finished it my body started hurting so bad all over. Like the flu aches. And I was so emotionally overwhelmed and cried a lot. Then yesterday (cycle day 10) I started feeling normal again. Today I feel perfectly fine. Honestly the way I felt those 2-3 days wasn’t worth it to me. I will not take Femara again. I will go back to Clomid.
