Food aversions/protein sources
Anyone else experiencing food aversions? I can no longer eat most meat (chicken, pork, venison, ground beef) and eggs. This has been going on for about a month and a half. It’s getting a little frustrating to be quite honest. How long is this feeling going to last?
Second, since I’m not eating meat what are some good protein sources? I’ve been eating a lot of greek yogurt, beans, and cheese. Peanut butter is out of the question for me.
