I'm on the shot, and it caused a lot of issues during the first cycle. A lot of heavy bleeding, for two months straight. I'm currently on my second shot, and it's very light bleeding to spotting, and I can't tell if it's my "period" or just the spotting that goes hand in hand with the shot. Nevertheless, a big dose of ibuprofen and I don't have to worry about blood during sex. It's like a miracle tbh.
