This is going to be half vent/half seeking advice. I have been on the pill, 3 different kinds with the longest and most recent being Lo Loestrin FE, for nearly 3 years. I liked loestrin because it made my periods almost non existent (they used to be really bad!!), but other than that I don’t like it. I gained weight that I couldn’t lose, my sex drive is super low which is abnormal for me, and I just wasn’t good at remembering to take it. My doctor prescribed NuvaRing and I just started it today. I’m getting married next month and I’m just hoping against all hope that this goes well for me! If not, I’m seriously considering going off all birth control because I miss being my natural high sex drive self. Anyone else?
