Leaking boobs?

Hey guys what does leaking nipples mean? Clear, no color, more comes out when the boob is squeezed.  About 5 -9 days before flow. Boobs are sore also

Either pregnancy or breast cancer. I'd get checked out by doctor as soon as possible. That isn't normal.
