My bf and I had protected sex the first week of June but he came inside the condom in me. I had my period on time 4 days after and it was 2 days short. My period following this has been 3 days late now and all I have had has been brown spotting and barely any red blood. We had completely safe sex 3 days ago, could I be pregnant from the sex in June or could this spotting be from the rough sex a few days ago?

Brown means the blood is old, it happens sometimes, but it is still a period. You’re not pregnant, because you’ve had protected sex only a few days before your period, and have then gotten your period each time. If you want to be sure, then take a test, but there is no reason to. If you’re nervous about condoms breaking, then talk to a doctor about your birth control options so that you’re more in control.
