Exercise?

I dance 10 months of the year so usually I’m working out almost every night of the week and having fun. Now it’s summer so I don’t have dance or school and I feel so lazy and I’m sorta gaining weight which I hate. I literally get like 4,000 steps a day when I usually get around 12,000. I go on bike rides sometimes but it’s not as much as my body is used to. I would like some tips on how to stay active. Like workout routines and healthy foods that you girls like. Thanks.
