So my twin boys are 6 months old, 4 months adjusted since they were preemies. Last night was the first night they both slept 8-5 they have never slept for 9 hours straight before. They usually always wake up after 6 hours to eat. Now i just finished doing my dishes and when i went to go check on them in the living room they both fell asleep on the floor. Is this normal for a baby their age to be sleeping this much? Is it a growth spert? Also is it ok to let them sleep that long at night and not feed them?
