I need help, very new to this and don’t know what to do😅😅

So I took my tests last week and got these results the last one was yesterday and they are all the same. I’m not exactly sure what to do now, might sounds dumb and I apologize but could someone help me out or give me some advice please. Based on my <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">period tracker</a> it has me at 4 weeks and my due date is expected to be March 23, 2019.
