Definitely too soon to test, really you need to wait until the first day of your missed period. Implantation doesn't normally happen until 6-12 days after conception

you ovulated cd19 not 20 and you're 7dpo. Nice little temp spike today - I would be tempted to test tomorrow with first morning pee
