if my last period was June 4th-11th but my Flo app says i should start it today and i haven’t. am i still late. shouldn’t it be every 28 days??

If you’re supposed to start today and you haven’t yet, you’re not even considered late. Not everyone has a 28 day cycle, usually it ranges somewhere from 25-33 days. Stress can make your period come a little later too so the more you stress about it, the later your period will come. When was the last time you had unprotected sex (no condom, no bc)?
