Low progesterone!

Hi everyone. So I’m pretty sure I have low progesterone because I spot from O to AF. Anyone else have low progesterone? Is progesterone therapy safe? Can I still get pregnant? I have regular periods and positive LH for 24 hours, but then I start spotting the next day. Just looking for advice
