I am absolutely terrified about getting pregnant right after my first. I heard you are super fertile. I want to get on birth control but I can't since I'll be breastfeeding. But I don't want to just stop having sex with my husband either.

Look into IUDs or mini pill. I breastfed just fine with the Mirena

Why can’t you be on birth control just because you’re breastfeeding? There are options that won’t affect your supply if that’s the concern. :)

condoms! thats what my husband and i used till we were ready for #2, i didnt want to mess with my hormones knowing we wanted to have another within 2 years

I breastfed for 13 months and took the mini-pill. Not sure who told you that you can’t be on birth control but that is absolutely not true.

I got on the depo while I was breastfeeding! The doctor told me it was safe to be in birth control and to breastfeed
