Two day long Period??

My period started on the 14th and today is the 16th and i am not bleeding at all. I took TWO plan bs within may 29th and june 11th 5 days after both i had brownish discharge which i assume is just a side effect. But i have been waiting for my period and it finally came i think but it’s only lasted two days?? The first day it was bright red and there was a lot of blood and the second day way less blood and it was clotty and dark brown. Is this implantation bleeding?? Help please!!

UPDATE: a few hours after i posted this, i went to the bathroom and to my surprise blood came out. It was thick and dark red and came out in a syrup way. So long my period is three days long.
