I’m very skinny but also have a lot of terrible eating habits with sweets and stuff and salt etc. I eat TERRIBLY and I want to turn vegan but I don’t want to lose weight and I’m also anemic so I don’t want my iron level to be affected . My mother is against me being a vegan and says it makes no sense and you need meat for the best kind of protein she eats beef to bring her iron up and it worked really well plus my cousin was a vegetarian (Now a Vegan) and my mother claimed her anemia got so severe that her doctor told her she has to eat SOME type of meat even fish would help . Is going vegan REALLY a healthier lifestyle ? I’m curious . If u have factual information that would help too . .
