Cbd + endo

So I’ve never been diagnosed with endometriosis but I️ have symptoms that fit, including intense cramps that don’t always come with my period. I have a Mirena IUD and that’s definitely helped, but I still get cramps that are bad enough to the point where I yell out or have to control my breathing like a mini contraction. My cramps are more tolerable when I’m high but I can’t exactly walk around stoned all the time - would CBD help? Has anyone tried it specifically for cramps? I’m actually desperate, I can’t keep pausing my day for my cramps.
