CM question

I am 4 days away from AF. Hubby and I are TTC ... I have never really tracked my CM before AF should arrive, only during ovulation and it’s def EWCM. I just went to the bathroom and when I looked down, I had mucus hanging. Could this be a positive sign of pregnancy? I’ve read that CM should be drying up before period .... any experiences?
