Hypothyroidism

Okay so before I got pregnant my thyroid was extremely low.. Levels were 11.4, I’ve had my dose changed twice and my levels are only at 7.1 . They changed my dose to 75 mcg but I feel like they aren’t treating it correctly.. should I see a different doctor about my thyroid? My obgyn has been treating it.
