I am so mad at myself !

I got tired of waiting for my husband to put water based polyurethane over the cabinets I re-painted last week so I put on a respirator mask and did them myself today. It took probably 45 minutes. Ran to the post office came back and our whole downstairs smells. Now I am panicking. 16-17 weeks pregnant and I am regretting doing it myself. All windows open , whole house fan on, and other fans going. Worried I have somehow hurt the baby 😩
