can you freeze an iced birthday

can you freeze an iced birthday cake? I impulse bought a reduced price birthday cake, as it was lovely and has iceing dogs on it! it was reduced to a fraction of its usual price. though I could freeze it until our next family birthday in a month. Would am iced birthday cake freeze well?
