it could just be an indent, they show better as the dye is running through the test, if it's still there after it's settled and oink it's positive. if it's clear or shadow looking it's just an indent

I had one of those and the next day nothing. I feel like if there is no colour to the line, just chalk it up as a negative and then try again in a day or two.
