Did your ultrasound tech refer to the baby as he or she?

We knew the gender of our baby (boy) and one of our techs said she.  I was like wait she? She apologized and said it was very obviously a boy but she tended to refer to all babies as she and sometimes it just slips.

We immediately say we don’t know the gender and then they just say baby

During my 20w appointment it was just "baby" the whole time, until we found out the gender, then she started saying he.

Ours flip flopped between he, she and baby. We still don’t know (but I think it’s a girl)!

I always prompt my tech/doctors/nurses that we don’t know and don’t want to know. Usually I then say, whatever pronoun you use after this is fine because I know some use the correct and some will use the opposite. I did once have a doctor say she a lot before I could say anything, but she explained all previous babies that day happened to have been girls and she just rolled with it. I’ve had the same MFM ultrasound tech four times now, so she also calls baby by the same nickname I do, or just says “baby” etc.
