Me and hubs are waiting to hear our results from our PGD/PGS test on our 9 embryos. We’re both carriers for s genetic disorder, so we had to test all of them. Along with those results, obv we have the option to know the gender of the embryos. Just curious to hear everyone’s experiences with that option to choose the gender. We’re aware there is a chance they’ll all be the same, but If we do have both and they’re similar quality, we’re not sure what we want to do. We feel a little strange thinking of choosing one over another, but then it feels weird to just have the doctor pick? Any feedback? Experiences? And if you did have the doctor pick, did you find out the gender right away or wait it out like a natural pregnancy? Just curious for everyone’s different choices!
