Hospital Bag/ Baby and Parents
I'm 34/2 and I finally packed our diaper bag for the hospital. My sister says I overpacked but that's perfectly fine. She thought it was cute and just had my second niece a week ago. My stepmom says "Great mom for being prepared." My MIL on the other hand says that I packed way too much, and all I need is a going home outfit for our little girl. I have no idea what my hospital supplies, I've asked my OBs and they don't know; it's not online either. Sooo here's my list:
Baby:
2 NB outfits
2 0/3 outfits
1 sleeper
2 receiving blankets
2 pairs mittens
Bows (for announcement pic)
2 pairs socks
Small pack of wipes
5 NB diapers
5 size 1 diapers
Diaper Creme/Baby Powder
Travel size Baby bath soap, lotion (JIC)
Baby Grooming Kit
Baby Medicine Kit (Thermometer, Nasal Asperator, Alcohol wipes, medicine bottle)
Me:
2 Maternitiy outfits
4 sets Nursing Pads
Nipple Creme
Dad:
2 outfits
Not packed but will be after bought:
2 Nursing bras
4 Maternity Underwear
Last minute items of course are phones, chargers, and toiletries.
I'm a FTM and I feel like I'm still missing something. Thoughts and advice please?
