My brother has a baby, leaves the kid with my mom to take care of, disrespects her and us, and lies about having interviews for jobs. He’ll even picks fights and arguments with people in front of the 3 month old and one of us will have to tell him that the baby’s crying for him to stop. He’s 29 and the crap just kinda angers me because my mom does everything for him free of charge, I mean takes 100% care of the baby when he’s here (the other half of the time the baby’s with his mother) and my mom financially takes care of it along with the mother, and my brothers just kinda being a deadbeat and talks to her like she’s trash. It’s not like my brother can’t take care of him when he has him, my brother lives here and doesn’t have a job. His gf has one and a car. My brother’s just almost always out doing who knows what and will sometimes play with the baby.

My mom’s been talking about making my brother pay for daycare but she says she doesn’t want to do that to my nephew bc she loves him (the baby). I’m just wondering what should happen here? Should I say or do anything or no bc I’m just the sister here?
